All honey has different types of naturally occurring bioactivity. We have rated each of our honeys using the simple bio activity scale of ‘5+ 10+ 15+ 20+’. So 10+ has twice the level of bioactivity as a 5+ and half the bioactivity of a 20+.
All our testing for bioactivity is performed by Independent Laboratories.
